every 6 children under the age of 6 in the U.S. alone have suffered from lead poisoning.
Dust and debris from lead based paint is the major source of lead poisoning, and testing
it is the only way to confirm its presence.

higher risk for mold exposure adverse heath effects: Individuals with existing respiratory
conditions, infants, pregnant women, elderly, children and immune compromised
patients". Also, mold can compromise building materials as well. Test your home for mold - It can prevent serious health issues and material loses!
Asbestos
Asbestos health related studies
have demonstrated that inhalation of asbestos fibers may lead to increased risk of
developing many diseases, such as Asbestosis, Lung cancer and Mesothelioma.
Formaldehyde
Formaldehyde can be released
into indoor air and, over time, accumulate to problem levels causing severe health
disorders in sensitive individuals. Symptoms of exposure include: irritation of the eyes,
ears and throat, headaches, sneezing, shortness of breath, excessive phlegm &
dermatitis. SKC is the best formaldehyde sampler available for home testing.
Pesticides
Laboratory studies show that
pesticides can cause health problems, such as birth defects, nerve damage, cancer, and
other effects that might occur over a long period of time. However, these effects
depend on how toxic the pesticide is and how much of it is consumed.
Radon
Chronic exposure to radon can cause
or contribute to lung cancer. EPA studies show that people who are exposed to radon
have higher incidences of lung cancer. There is also evidence that radon in water may
increase incidence of stomach cancer.
Carbon Monoxide - The Silent Killer
Invisible and odorless carbon monoxide
gas kills over 5,000 people each year. This Professional Carbon Monoxide Detector contains
yellow chemical buttons that turn grey when they come in contact with carbon monoxide.
